Best Chest workout- Chest workouts for Beginners

Best chest workout- If you want to look bigger and more muscular then you should train your chest nicely, a wide chest can give you a sexy look because as we grow our clothing fits our body better. So today I'm gonna tell you some Chest workouts which you can perform in your gym
to grow your chest.

First let me clear you one thing that you don't have to train your body parts daily, because after you hit the gym your muscles get torn and when it recovers muscles grow bigger than before and for these muscles need For eg: when we train our biceps it take some time to increase recovery time. So the conclusion is that you should train your one body part once or twice a weak. I have also written about best biceps workout

There are 3 main parts of our chest which you have to focus -
1. Upper chest
2. Mid chest
3. lower chest

I will tell you chest workouts that will hit all the 3 parts of the chest and I can definitely say that this is the best chest workout for beginners. These exercises can become the best exercise for daily routine


                                                          Bench press.



This exercise is a perfect exercise for Mid chest if done correctly, This is how you should do Bench press

1. Lie on the bench and curve your back little bit ( make arc) make sure your eyes are under the Rod(bar)
2. Grab the Bar and you should use a medium grip
3. Pick the bar and lower it until it touches your middle chest
4. Press the bar and make your arms straight.
5.  Do your Desired reps and remember to put weight which you can control easily.


Incline Bench press.

                                                             
This is the Best workout for Incline chest, This is how you should do the Incline bench press.
1. Lie on the incline bench station and make sure your eyes are under the Rod(bar)
2. Grab the Bar at a little bit wider than shoulder-width.
3. Pick the bar and lower it until it touches your upper chest
4. Press the bar and make your arms straight.
5  Do your Desired reps and remember to put weight which you can control easily.


Decline Bench press.

                                                                         

This exercise is one of the best workouts to hit the lower chest.

1. Lie on the incline bench station and make sure your eyes are under the Rod(bar)
2. Grab the Bar at a little bit wider than shoulder-width.
3. Take a deep breath and Pick the bar and lower it until it touches your lower chest
4. Press the bar and make your arms straight.
5  Do your Desired reps and remember to Lift weight which you can control easily.



Dumbbell fly



1. Lie on a flat bench and place your feet flat on the floor.
2. Hold the dumbbells above your chest while your palms facing each other.
3. Lower the dumbbells while making an arc to the position till you are comfortable.
4. Reverse the dumbbells to the start position.
5. Do your Desired reps and remember to lift the weight which you can control easily.



Dumbbell pullover



This workout targets Sternal (lower chest) Pectoralis Major

1. Lie on a bench perpendicularly with only your upper back and remember don't hang your head too much.
2. Hold a dumbbell with both of your hands above your chest while your palm will be facing each other.
3. Exhale as you slowly lower the dumbbell and hold it for 2 counts.
4. Inhale while raising the dumbbell back to the starting position.
5. Do your Desired reps and remember to lift the weight which you can control easily.


There are more exercises for chest but these are some basic and best chest workout.

    3. Exhale as you slowly lower the dumbbell and hold it for 2 counts.
